MAZN TRADING — Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At MAZN Trading, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. This Return & Refund Policy explains when products may be returned or refunded and how requests are handled, in compliance with Qatar Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 2008).

This policy applies in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights granted to consumers under Qatari law.


1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

The following products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, unless they are proven to be defective, damaged, or not as described:

  • Compressed furniture once opened, as it cannot be restored locally to its original factory packaging or resale condition.

  • Custom-made or personalized products, including custom-ordered compressed sofas manufactured specifically upon customer request.

  • Products purchased on sale, marked “as is”, or discounted, provided they are not defective.


2. 14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns (Goodwill Policy)

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery only for change-of-mind reasons, subject to the conditions below.

This goodwill return policy:

  • Is voluntary

  • Applies only to unused, unopened, resaleable products

  • Does not apply to opened, used, assembled, customized, or compressed items

Conditions for Eligibility

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, all of the following must apply:

  • The product is unused and unopened

  • The product is in original condition

  • All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories are intact

  • The product can be resold at full price

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@rolleqa.com

  2. Use the subject line: “Return Request – [Order Number]”

  3. Include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • 2–3 clear photos showing the product’s current condition

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility. Returns sent without prior approval or without photos may be rejected.


4. Product Inspection

All returned products are inspected upon receipt. A refund will be approved only if the product meets the return conditions outlined in this policy.

Products that are:

  • Used

  • Opened (for change-of-mind returns)

  • Assembled, installed, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery

will not be eligible for refund unless a defect or non-conformity is confirmed.


5. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund (Unless Defective)

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products returned after 14 days

  • Products not in original condition

  • Products without original packaging or labels

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Products assembled, installed, or altered after delivery

  • Products returned without proof of purchase


6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products (Statutory Rights)

If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, customers retain full statutory rights under Law No. 8 of 2008, regardless of whether the product has been opened, assembled, or customized.

In such cases, MAZN Trading will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

as appropriate under Qatari law.


7. Return & Refund Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product, MAZN Trading will cover all return shipping and handling costs.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.


8. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • If the original method is unavailable, refunds may be processed via bank transfer to a Qatari bank account

Coupon codes, gift cards, or promotional offers used in the original order will not be reinstated if the associated products are returned.


9. Legal Compliance

This policy is fully compliant with Qatar Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 2008).
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer rights in cases of defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.
