Last updated: August 1, 2026

At Rollè, we are committed to delivering premium-quality furniture designed for comfort, durability, and everyday living.

We stand behind the quality of our products by providing a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship, including:

  • Defects in the sofa's internal structure caused by manufacturing.
  • Manufacturing defects in foam affecting normal performance.
  • Defects in stitching, upholstery workmanship, or assembly.
  • Manufacturing defects identified during the warranty period under normal residential use.

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, Rollè, at its sole discretion, will:

  • Repair the defective product or component; or
  • Replace the defective part; or
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model if repair is not reasonably possible.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use.
  • Fabric pilling, wrinkles, softening, or natural settling of foam over time.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or the use of unsuitable cleaning products.
  • Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, burns, liquids, stains, or intentional damage.
  • Colour fading or material deterioration due to sunlight, humidity, environmental conditions, or ageing.
  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or altered by anyone not authorised by Rollè.
  • Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (original invoice, order confirmation, or order number).
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs and/or videos showing the defect.

Rollè may request additional information or arrange an inspection of the product before approving the warranty claim.

4. Warranty Resolution

Once a claim has been approved, Rollè will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Repair of the defective product or part.
  • Replacement of the defective part.
  • Replacement of the product with the same or an equivalent model if repair is not feasible.

The selected remedy will be at Rollè's sole discretion.

5. Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend the original warranty period after repair or replacement.
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, firmness, or dimensions that are within normal manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.
  • This warranty does not provide refunds for manufacturing defects unless required by applicable law.
